Toothed Roll Crusher | Brick Plant Raw Material Crushing Equipment
The double-toothed roller crusher is designed for crushing medium
and low hardness brittle and soft materials, including sintered
bricks, coal, cement, silicate, glass and ceramics. The applicable
Mohs hardness of raw materials shall not exceed 2.5.
It is suitable for primary crushing of bulk materials with a feed
size of 50–300 mm, reducing particle size to 30 mm or below. Its
hourly output ranges from 20 to 100 cubic meters, depending on the
raw material characteristics.
This series of double-toothed roller crushers mainly consists of a
motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, frame, guard plate, gearbox,
high-speed and low-speed rollers, and pressure roller assemblies.
The machine adopts a dual-roller rotating structure with a speed
difference between the fast and slow rollers, and is equipped with
a top pressure roller. By virtue of the counter-rotating movement
and speed difference of the double toothed rollers, it efficiently
crushes bulk feed materials and delivers superior crushing
performance.
