Wet Pan Mill
It is mainly used to crush the clay, clinker, silica and etc.
Raw material from medium hardness will be crushed into fine granule
which is nearly to ball-shape and no sharp edge.
It is also can be used in the raw material preparation in brick
making production line which could fully mixture, crush and grind
variety materials.
The structure of the wet mill pan is simple therefore it is easy to
do the maintaining.
There is no strict requirement about the size of feeding material.
It is heavy with reasonable structure, so when the equipment into
running, it is more safety, stable and anti-impacting.
Key Parts
Sieve plate
Raw material for the sieve plate is high manganese steel, module
designing, anti-wearing and also can be removed with new spare
easily.
Mill
The roller adopts a structure that the roller skin is separated
from the hub, which is connected as a whole by a wedge-shape key;
it is convenient to replace the skin when needs.
Roller skin
Thickness of the roller skin is 150 mm, made of
high-manganese-chromium alloy steel, which is high-strength and
wear-resistance
Pan
It is the lattice structure which welded by steel wool, which is
stronger and could bear huge impact compaction.
Structure support
There is polyurethane shock-absorbing pad between the platform and
reducer, which is used to absorb the impact force and vibration of
the equipment during operation.
Note: Structure supporting and maintenance platform are optional
and
customers can weld in the local.
Main shaft
The main shaft is made of alloy steel forgings, and has been heat
treated, which has high strength;
Fatigue resistance and can bear large radial eccentric forces.
Motor&reducer
A torque-limited and hydraulic coupling is used for power
transmission between the main engine motor and the input shaft of
the reducer, which effectively protect the reducer and the motor
from the impact on the mechanical parts when working at full load;
the main reducer is equipped with a forced lubrication system and
cooling fan.
