Hydraulic pusher

This equipment is mainly applied to tunnel kiln firing section, adopts hydraulic cylinder pushing, push the kiln cart with dried bricks into kiln by hydraulic cylinder. its operate smooth, stop quickly and reliable.

The kiln cars can be pushed into different various rails by this machine, and can pulls the kiln car to ferry cart automatically.

The equipment has features of flexible operation, low consumption and high efficiency, which is one of the necessary equipment of brick industry.

It can be customized to single cylinder or double cylinder according to customer needs.

Hydraulic Stepper

This machine is used for drying or firing process, which is the key equipment to push kiln cart into dryer to dry and kiln to firing.

This machine is composed of hydraulic system, pushing mechanism and frame.

The hydraulic system is driven by the motor oil pump, hydraulic oil flow through the oil tank, oil pump, reversing valve enter into the cylinder.

The oil route makes the piston rod of the oil cylinder move back and forth through the steering valve to drive the push mechanism back and forth so as to achieve the purpose of pushing the kiln car.

The equipment has the advantages of both chain and hydraulic drive, which can meet the requirements of fast and accurate positioning of kiln car by mechanical.

The advanced speed regulation method makes the kiln car transposition speed double than the traditional stepper.

The hydraulic stepper is usually installed in the yard area or the discharge line of kiln car, and it is used to step the kiln car according to the same step length, so as to make the kiln car run to the specified position for the yard or discharge task.

Ferry cart

The ferry car is the reversing and dragging equipment to connect molding section and firing section of brick & tile production line. This car has the characteristics of dragging and powerful pushing force. The cart can accurately stop, position and connect after moving quickly, which can run slowly with frequency conversion when carrying with capacity , the empty car can run quickly with frequency conversion when returning.

The motor drives with brake, easy to track. Operation is smoothly and durable in use. The brick package is not easy to fall down, which is equipped with clutch type winch to save manual operation time.

Control cabinet can choose frequency control, empty car moves fast, heavy car moves slowly, improve transmission efficiency. hydraulic positioning can automatically adjust the rail, and prevent shaking, ensure the steady operation from kiln car to the ferry car.
