Side type aging room for clay brick making plant
Adopts H-type hanger reversible distributing design. During the
material distributing process, the entire H-type hanger moves
integrally. Meanwhile, both ends of the H-type hanger are equipped
with reversible belt conveyors to distribute materials horizontally
along the aging pool.
This design features large material storage capacity and achieves
more uniform material aging with better overall effect.
It is currently the most advanced aging technology in the world.
Side-Type Aging Warehouse
Raw materials: Clay, silt, slag
Aging Process
Materials are subjected to aging treatment in the side-type aging
warehouse, enabling internal moisture diffusion, particle
homogenization and disintegration, as well as further wetting and
plasticizing. This greatly improves the forming performance of raw
materials.
The multi-bucket excavator discharges the aged materials onto the
belt conveyor on one side of the aging warehouse, which then feeds
the box feeder of the forming section.
The box feeder features a certain storage capacity. It ensures
stable feeding for the mixing extruder and brick making machine,
and maintains consistent moisture content of green bricks as well
as stable forming process. Meanwhile, it provides buffer time for
the multi-bucket excavator to adjust its working position and
reduces the synchronization requirement for the previous production
section.
The moisture content of materials will drop by one percentage point
after aging.
