Working principle and structural characteristics

The power of the plate feeder is driven by the motor of the transmission device, and after being decelerated by the reducer, the power is transmitted to the driving shaft. At that time, the two sprockets mounted on the drive shaft rotate with the drive shaft. the two chains meshing with the head and tail sprockets also move forward with the rotation of the driving sprocket and the tail wheel, and the chain plate is installed on the chain to move synchronously with the chain.

The function of the chain plate is to afford the full weight of the material. With the movement of the chain, the chain plate also completes the process of transporting the material.

The gate can be raised and lowered manually to control the amount of material discharged, the scraper at the bottom can clean the raw materials stuck on the chain plate, and the feeding rod is driven by the motor and decelerated by the reducer to make the material run more uniformly and smoothly.

The plate feeder is mainly composed of the following components:

Transmission system: electric motor, reducer, driving shaft, driven shaft, sprocket, chain plate.

Other devices: silo gate, scraper, feeding system, rack, silo, guard.
