Oil filter is located in the engine lubrication system, plays a very important role.

The oil filter can filter out the impurities such as metal chips, carbon particles and oil gradually produced by the engine in the combustion process, so as to supply the crankshaft, connecting rod, camshaft, supercharger, piston ring and so on with clean oil to ensure the normal operation of the internal combustion engine, play the role of lubrication, cooling, cleaning and so on, thus greatly extending the service life of these parts.

Structures of Engine Oil Filter Oil Cleaner for Aoto Car

(1) Tin can (shell) : a container for holding the filter (filter paper) under continuous pressure operation. The use of 0.5MM high quality cold rolled steel plate, pull body thickness is not more than 20%-25%, the pressure is required to withstand 4-7kg, no variation no damage.

(2) Spring: used to press the filter (paper core) and fix it in the tin during vibration and oil flow. There is also the use of plate spring, but the cost is higher.

(3) No-return valve rubber ring (return valve/check valve) : used to prevent the loss of lubricating oil from the housing when the engine stops working, so that there is oil in the oil filter for a long time, and the engine is immediately lubricated when it starts.

(6) Threaded cover plate: used to connect the tin can (outer cylinder) and fix the oil filter on the engine.

(8) Sealing ring: oil lattice installed in the engine plays a sealing role, installed on the connecting plate, generally higher than the oil lattice 1.2-1.6mm, its temperature resistance requirements can reach -40℃-- +160℃ without aging (generally need to be cured).
